
Terms and Conditions
By submitting payment for this invoice you agree to all the below terms and conditions.
Deposit is for tattoo appointment only, for the piece agreed upon, on the area of the body agreed upon. The deposit is completely non-refundable/non-transferable and will be deducted off of the overall cost of the tattoo. For tattoos that require more than one session, the deposit will not be deducted off of the overall cost until the final/last appointment. If you chose to work on additional projects with me you are able to roll/have me hold your deposit for all future designs/sessions.
Payment options for deposits are cash for in person, or an invoice for credit card payments. Payment options for tattoo appointments are cash or Venmo only.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment and do not give at least 72 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit. Then at that time, a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment/s.
In a case where I am unable to fulfill your appointment obligation due to extenuating circumstances, such as but not limited to, sickness, travel delays, or weather conditions, I will reschedule your appointment for a later date .
Your tattoo design will be ready to view on the day of your scheduled appointment. No drawings will be sent prior to your first appointment.
